"Dosage info could be clearer"
The site was fine overall, but the dosage stuff felt a little vague to me. I had to click around and read a few different pages before I felt sure about how much to take and when.. not awful or anything, just wish it was more straightforward. 3 stars for now

"Felt rushed and didn’t get much clarity"
I really wanted this consult to be helpful, but it felt rushed from the start. The doctor didn’t ask many questions and the advice felt kind of generic, so I walked away more confused than when I started. Just sharing in case it helps someone else, if you book, you might want to come prepared with very specific questions and be ready to push for more details. For me personally, it didn’t feel worth it
"Canceling felt harder than it needed to"
I signed up thinking it would be straightforward if I ever needed to cancel, but that was definitely not how it felt. The cancellation steps were confusing, and to me it seemed like the process was designed to make me second-guess whether I was even doing it right.
I kept going back to check for some kind of confirmation because I didn’t trust that it had actually gone through. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind the extra hassle, but for me it left a bad impression and I wouldn’t be eager to use it again...
"Refund policy was straightforward"
I ended up checking zenmenhealth.com mostly because I wanted to understand their refund policy before placing an order. I’ve had a couple of annoying refund experiences with other sites before, so now I always read that stuff first, even if it’s kind of boring. Anyway, theirs was clear enough and didn’t feel like it was written to confuse you. From what I understood, you just need to follow the stated steps and reach out within the right timeframe. I do think a few parts could use a little more detail, but overall it seemed fair to me. Random side note, I was reading it while waiting for my coffee to cool down and still managed to follow it, so that’s a good sign. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Clear updates with one small delay"
Overall, communication was good. They explained everything in a way that was easy to follow, and I could usually see the pattern in how they were handling things step by step. There was one time where the reply took a little longer than I expected, but aside from that, it was a smooth experience

Sites like this usually make you wonder if your order is going to be a hassle, but everything felt safe for me. Support got back to me quicker than I expected too. There were a few small issues, but that kind of thing happens with every company, so I wasn’t too bothered.

"Refills were a bit more hassle than expected"
I signed up with zenmenhealth.com mainly because I was hoping the refill process would be straightforward and low-maintenance. It did work in the end, but I had to reach out to support and wait longer than I anticipated, which was a little frustrating. I came close to running out, so the timing wasn’t ideal.
The website itself is fine and fairly easy to use, but the refill process could definitely be communicated more clearly. I’d prefer not to keep checking emails or wondering when something is actually going to ship. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t as convenient as I expected

It was mostly fine for me, but I did get a mild headache here and there. it might’ve just been bad timing with everything else I had going on, so I can’t fully blame the product. Overall, it was okay.

"Slower than expected and messed up my plans"
The site worked okay, but it was way less convenient than I expected. I ended up clicking around way too much trying to figure out what to do next, and it slowed me down enough that it kind of threw off the plans I had for the day. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

"Worked faster than I thought, but I’m still not totally sold yet"
I gave zenmenhealth.com a try and, to be honest, I noticed results sooner than I expected. It definitely wasn’t some overnight miracle or anything, but at the same time it felt quick, which surprised me. The website was simple to use, although I still somehow felt like I was double-checking everything as I went. Overall I’m happy with it so far, but I’m only giving it 4 stars because I want to see if the results actually hold up long term.

"Account page felt a little frustrating"
I’d give it 3 stars. Managing my account was fine enough, but it put me in a slightly annoyed mood. I could update some of my details, but finding the right settings took way longer than I expected. Login worked most of the time, so that part wasn’t a big issue, it just felt a bit clunky overall. Support was helpful when I needed them, but I really wish the account section was smoother and easier to figure out.

"Meds were fine, but I need better info next time"
The meds seemed good to me and worked just like what I’ve used before. They arrived as expected, and I didn’t notice anything weird or different. My only complaint is that I wish there was more information included with them. The product itself was solid, but if that doesn’t improve next time, I might look somewhere else

It took longer to arrive than I was expecting, which was kind of frustrating. I mean, maybe I’m just impatient, but I feel like shipping should’ve been a little quicker. That said, it did show up in good condition, so at least everything was fine once it got here.

They made it seem like getting my prescription approved would be quick and straightforward, but that wasn’t really the case. It took way longer than expected, and I barely got any updates while I was waiting. I tried zenmenhealth.com and the actual service was okay overall, but the customer support experience kind of changed how I felt about it. I reached out with a question about my order and ended up waiting a few days before hearing anything back, which made the whole process feel more uncertain than it needed to be.
When they finally did reply, the message was short and didn’t really give me much to work with. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I can understand that companies get busy, but it reminded me how much timely communication matters when you’re trusting a site with an order. For me, it was just okay, not something I’d rave about.

"Decent service, but the price gave me pause"
I used zenmenhealth it was fine overall. The website was straightforward, and I was able to get through the process without feeling lost or having to jump through a bunch of hoops.
This is where it got annoying, though: the pricing. It wasn’t outrageously expensive, but once I looked at what I was actually getting, I kind of expected either more value or at least a clearer breakdown of what I was paying for.
I wouldn’t say I had a bad experience, and I might use it again if I really needed to. But next time I’d probably shop around a bit first, just to see if there’s something similar that feels like a better deal.
